i. Offline method- by physically visiting the branch along with documents.

Stepwise procedure for online application of credit card:
Click apply now tab
Or visit website www.axisbank.com
and go to apply now tab and press credit cards under apply now as shown in image below.
On clicking “Credit Card” radio button a small application form appears on your screen just fill this form and press call me button as shown in image below( all fields are mandatory fill all the tabs and tick the check box and press "call me" radio button.
On pressing call me a message flashes on your screen “Thank you for showing your interest in Axis Bank Credit Cards, our representative will call you shortly” as shown in image below.
That is all you need to do for online application of your Axis Bank Credit Card. Keep your documents ready and wait for axis bank executives call.
After few days axis bank executives will call you and visit your place and collect all the documents required for credit card.
