New Rule for J&K UT Domicile Certificate
As per new rule any individual who lived in Jammu and Kashmir UTfor more than 15 years or who have studied in Jammu and Kashmir UT for
a Period of more than seven years or who have appaeard in 10th and 12th
Examination from J&K state can also apply for J&K Domicile certificate.

Step I

Online Registation
On selecting online services you will be redirected to register page as shown belowIf you are already registered you can directly login and process your application but if
You are new to this website click register and proceed

On clicking register important instructions appear on your screen.
Read these instructionsand Proceed further for registration.
Important Instructions for J&k Domicile Registration:
- Before applying the Service, User has to register using the Citizen Registration Link given on login Screen.
- Already Registered Citizen can avail the Service Using Login ID and Password generated after Citizen Registration.
- The applicant has to upload the Passport size scan photo (jpg image) in the clear background of size less than 50 kb.
- Please, note the user id and password entered by the applicant during registration for Login and availing the service.
- Please, select the role type Citizen while entered login credentials by the Applicant using Citizen Users ID and Password.
- After Login, Applicant has to click on the e-services tab in the left menu and thereafter click on the department to which he has to avail the service. (e.g. Scholarship schemes under the Social Welfare Department or Domicile Service Using General Administration Dept.)

Please, note the Citizen ID.A form will appear on your screen upload your photograph and fill this form and
Press submit:

Note down your password and proceed for login.
After submission of form citizen id, Login id and a auto generated passwordappear on your screen. An email message was also sent to you on successful
registration.

After login select e services as shown below in image:

Select Application for Domicile under GAD menu again a form will appear on your screen fill that and upload your docuements and submit your application for Domicle certificate
